**Access to the Vibrational Spectroscopy Facility is via swipe card.
In order to provide access details including User Name, Staff or Student Number and the above Account Code will be sent to security.

An invoice or subscription advice will be emailed to the above address every quarter.
Please make arrangements for a journal transfer for the correct amount to L0928 11111.

I acknowledge that the Vibrational Spectroscopy Facility operates on a user pays system and I have read the Facility Charges page which outlines the rates for users. *

If instruments and/or accessories are broken due to incorrect use or negligence by the user the above named supervisor acknowledges that he/she will be required to pay damages which will be agreed upon by the Academic Director of the Vibrational Spectroscopy Facility and the Professional Officer. *

I also acknowledge that training, instrument initialisation and calibration provided by the Professional Officer (P.O.) will be charged at the base rate plus an additional $100 an hour for all PAYG USYD users, $210.00 an hour for external users and $300 an hour for commercial/industrial users. Any after-hours work that requires the presence of the P.O. will be charged at a higher rate. *
